Tasks

Ensure the planning and implementation of process for series changes and launch of new models



Key Responsibilities

Process equipment (window gluing shell, sunroof assembly, skyroof assembly, door main sealing, seat/harness/cockpit handing device, VIN engraving)concept evaluation

Process equipment RFQ

Equipment onsite instalation

Equipment commisioning, handover

Design and construction of tools, jigs and fixtures

Contact partner for technical problems not resolvable in Schalle 1 and 2 and link to COC's

Key user for systems and program updates related to job card and fitmernt points

Simulation of technical processes

Technology capacity and resource planning

Vehicle projects assembly

Qualifications

Bachelor/ master degree in mechanical or automotive engineering

Knowledge of automotive engineering

Knowledge of industry engineering

Proficiency with computer operation and MS office knowledge

Skills of communication with others

Competency project planning and management

Proficient English, German would be an advantage

Project management skill

Background in automotive engineering or mechanical manufacturing knowledge 4-6 Years

Experience with automotive plant preferably in control areas such as process planning or similar 4-6 Years

Several years experience in working experience in international operating companies 1-3 Years

Experience in project management for equipment launch 1-3 Years
